405 Terminal Avenue
The client Pomerleau brought on our team of building experts for this $3,000,000.00 project which was completed in May 2017. Our scope of work was to provide layers of services and support to 405 Terminal Ave, a mixed use commercial development located in the Ottawa Train Yards.
Our team of expert contractors were responsible for mass building excavation, underground plumbing, backfill, removal of contaminated soil, site servicing, asphalt, concrete curbs and sidewalks and impressionable landscaping design.
CFB Petawawa Mattawa Plains Compound
Our team was contracted by Tomlinson / PCL for this incredible
$3,800,000.00 project which was completed in December 2017. At the Canadian Base Operators Petawawa Mattawa Plains Compound, our team at Akman Construction was responsible for a large scope of work, which included the development of a site servicing plan and report identifying all of the necessary site services for sewer, water and storm drain.
By providing the site planning and coordination before the work commences, our team ensured that both time and money were used efficiently for this and every client we support.
Real Canadian Superstore
190 Richmond Road (Real Canadian Superstore)
This project was developed for Buttcon East and is valued at $2,300,000.00. Upon completion in November 2017, our team was proud to have provided a dynamic range of services to help various superstore locations get up and running. Our commitment included site servicing, parking lot sub-base and granular, paving, concrete curb sidewalks as well as the beautification of the lot through our expert-designed landscaping service.
Hawkesbury General Hospital Redevelopment
Our team was secured by the client Bondfield for a contract valued at $5,000,000.00 which is ongoing. It is with great pride that the team at Akman Construction is able to support the overall organization, planning and execution of the essential construction projects for the Hawkesbury General Hospital Redevelopment.
Our scope of work includes the excavation of foundations, the development of an underground parking lot, site servicing, site work, underground plumbing, paving, concrete curbs and sidewalk development.
